Directions

Tacos with beef step 1
We take 500-600 g of beef, we clean the meat from connective tissues and cut into small pieces. Fry the meat in a pan with vegetable oil and salt. Cut carrots, 3-4 celery stalks, onions, fry everything in vegetable oil and salt. Combine meat and vegetables, pour red wine, add rosemary and stew.

To sprinkle tacos, fry cashews in a pan with butter, then salt and sprinkle with chili peppers. We chop nuts with spices.

For the flapjack, boil green buckwheat with the addition of food chalk, then rinse under running water and break through with a blender. We make balls from the mass, spread them between the sheets of oiled parchment and roll them out, then fry the flapjack in a frying pan on both sides.

Put the filling into the fried flat cake, bend the flat cake in half and sprinkle with nuts. We use lime and greens for serving. Enjoy your meal!
