Scald squids with boiling water, peel the skin with a knife, remove the chord and cut off the fins.
Boil salted water and boil the squid until cooked. Cooking time depends on the squid. 3 minutes is enough for some. I had "thick" squids, and so that they did not seem raw to taste, I cooked them for almost 20 minutes. Put the finished squid in cold water and let them cool.
