Ground black pepper
Schnitzel does not need to be beaten off. Prepare a nice big piece of veal.
Beat milk with eggs, salt, pepper. Pour flour into a flat plate. Pour breadcrumbs into the same flat plate. Better if big crumbs. Roll veal in flour first.
Then dip in the egg and milk mass.
Then roll in breadcrumbs.
Place the German schnitzel in a pan with warmed vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until crisp.
