The meat must be washed, dried and cut into small portions and repulse well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and fry the chops on both sides until half cooked.

To prepare the sauce, finely chop the pickled cucumber and fresh herbs (parsley, dill). Grind walnut kernels, but not into dust, so that small pieces are felt. Squeeze the garlic through a press or grate. Combine the cucumber, herbs, garlic and nuts and season them with sour cream and mayonnaise.

Put the fried meat in a heat-resistant form. 6. Put the finished sauce with a thick layer on the meat, covering its entire surface. 7. Send to a well-heated oven for 20 minutes (depending on the thickness and degree of roasting of meat).
