champignon

onion
200 gr
cheese (hard)
200 gr
cream (15–25%) or sour cream
300 - 350 gr
flour
2 tablespoons

Directions

Boil chicken until cooked (cook about 20 minutes after boiling). Cool the fillet.
Cut in small pieces.

Finely chop the onion.

Peel the mushrooms.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms. Fry until all the liquid has boiled away (about 10-15 minutes). Add filet. Salt, pepper. Mix. Remove from heat.

Slightly fry the flour in a dry pan.

Add cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil.

Add mushrooms and filet. Mix.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
