Fresh cilantro (coriander)
½ bunch


Peel the garlic, then finely chop or pass through a press, then mix it with salt.
Finely chop the tomato, cilantro and onion.
Wash the avocado, cut in half, get rid of the seeds and skins, and then knead the fruit thoroughly.
Squeeze the juice of lemon or lime with your hands or using a special citrus press and immediately mix it with mashed avocado so that it does not begin to brown.
Combine tomato, cilantro, onion, salt and garlic with a mixture of avocado and lemon juice.
Serve garnished with greens with toast or chips.
