Directions

Meat thoroughly wash, dry with paper towel and cut into thin slices.
Each slice is good to beat off and cut in half. Salt and pepper on all sides and roll in flour.
For breading, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Beat eggs with a whisk, mix the cheese, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Dip each slice of meat in egg-cheese mixture, breaded in breadcrumbs and fry in hot vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Put ready schnitzels on a paper towel so that excess fat is absorbed.
Wash the lemon. Cut into thin circles. Serve the schnitzels in a crispy cheese breading with lemon, optionally garnishing with a fragrant sprig of parsley or cilantro.
