Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Brush the chicken drumsticks (8 pcs) from the lower cartilage. To do this, carefully cut the skin in a circle with a sharp knife and then break the cartilage with a knife to remove it. Blot with paper towels.

In a bowl, mix all the spices. In another bowl Put the yogurt.

Grate chicken drumsticks in yogurt and leave in the cold for half an hour. At this stage, you can add very finely chopped onions, if you have onions with a strong aroma.

Then, with your hand, remove the excess yogurt from the chicken so that it is only slightly covered with it. Roll each drumstick in a mixture of spices. You can even slightly push your hand against the lower leg so that the layer is thicke.

I used the air grill in the following sequence: 12 minutes, 200 degrees mode (we get a crust) and 15 minutes, 160 degrees mode (bring to readiness).

If there is no air grill, proceed as follows. Heat the vegetable oil to 180 degrees on a stove in a small saucepan. Dip each drumstick for 2-3 minutes in oil to get the same crust. Dip the drumstick in a paper towel and place on a baking sheet. When all the legs are ready, put them in a preheated oven to 180 degrees (top-bottom) for 15-25 minutes.
