Burrito is a Texas-Mexican dish consisting of a large wheat tortilla with various fillings wrapped in the shape of a cylinder - unlike tacos where the tortilla is simply wrapped around the filling. The cake should be plastic, slightly fried or steamed — this helps to achieve the correct shape and appearance of the snack. The filling for the Mexican burrito is the most diverse: it includes¬ meat (chicken, beef), vegetables, beans, guacamole, cheese. For juiciness, various sauces are added to the burrito, for example, salsa, sour cream sauce.

Chicken
1 kg
Barbecue sauce
1/2 glass
Canned corn
110 gr
Black haricot bean
220 gr
Sour cream 10%
110 gr
Lettuce leaves
4 pcs
Wholemeal tortilla
4 pcs
Lime
2 pcs

Directions

Preheat the grill or barbecue. Salt and pepper the chicken. Put the chicken on the grill and fry on all sides until cooked. Remove from heat and cool. Then peel the meat from the skin and bones and tear in small pieces.
Heat the pan over medium heat. Add chicken, beans, barbecue sauce, corn and sour cream. Heat, stirring, for 4–5 minutes.
Put a lettuce leaf on each cake and spread the filling. Wrap in tight rolls and cut each in half diagonally. Serve warm.
