To make a biscuit, take apples, flour, butter, sugar, cinnamon, cold water and a pinch of salt.
Mix flour, sugar and a small pinch of salt. Knead the dough.
Remove the oil from the refrigerator, cut into cubes and add to the dough. It should be crumbs from flour and butter. Now add cold water. The dough should gather in one thick mass. Collect the dough with your hands in a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Roll the dough on a parchment in the shape of a circle with a rolling pin. Put the dough on a baking sheet with the paper.
Wash the apples, peel and cut into slices. Now, stepping back from the edges of the dough 3-4 cm, lay the apples in the center. Sprinkle on top apples 2-3 tbsp sugar and cinnamon to taste. And you can still sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Spread small pieces of butter over apples. Wrap the free edges of the dough on apples and pinch as in the photo.
Now the biscuit is formed. Send it to bake in an oven preheated to 180C. Bake 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
