American pancakes are something between pancakes and pancakes, they are great for a delicious breakfast. Gentle and lush pancakes are baked in a dry frying pan.
Oil (refined or creamy)
Take a deep convenient container for mixing products with a mixer. Pour in milk, add vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, sugar and an egg. Beat the mixture with a mixer at maximum speed until foam is formed, 5-7 minutes.
Pour the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients with a mixer until smooth, there should be no lumps.
The dough is ready, in consistency it should not be as thick as on ordinary pancakes. We turn to frying.
Take a non-stick pan, heat it well and reduce heat to a minimum. Spread the dough on a dry pan with a tablespoon, forming circles. If you are confident in your pan, then grease it with a cotton swab dipped in oil or a piece of lard. This procedure needs to be done only before the first batch. Once large bubbles form on the surface, flip and fry on the other side.
