Directions

Turn tomatoes (better peeled) through a meat grinder, put to cook. When it boils, cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Apples and carrots - through a meat grinder. When it boils, cook for 30 minutes.
Bulgarian pepper, hot pepper, garlic - through a meat grinder. When it boils, cook for 30 minutes.
Add vegetable oil, salt, sugar. Cook another 10-15 minutes.
Unfold hot in sterilized jars and roll up. Wrap the cans in a blanket for a couple of hours. Store in the pantry.
